ZNS PLANS TO GIVE YOUTHS SKILLS

Zambia National Service commandant Lieutenant General MALITI SOLOCHI says the service  plans to empower the youths in various survival skills.

General SOLOCHI says this will be done through the ZNS milling plants that are soon to be commissioned among others.

He says a number of other programmes are being put in place to help the young people.

General SOLOCHI also says ZNS has skilled manpower ready to work on government projects.

He says the service will need capitalization and can contribute to the Construction of roads at a reasonable price.

General SOLOCHI said this when Defence Minister AMBROSE LUFUMA paid a courtesy call on him.

And Mr. LUFUMA took time to find out what youth empowerment programmes are run by the service.
