ZESCO IN ACTION AGAINST CHAMBESHI

MTN Super league holders ZESCO United have commenced their official title defense against Chambeshi in week three of the League fixtures.

The CAF Champions league rejects return to action for the first time this season with an early kickoff encounter against promotion side Chambeshi at the Levy Mwanawasa Staduim.

The fixture that kicked off at 13:00 hours is currently underway as the Ndola giants begin their pursuit of a 10th League title.

The stadium will also be culminated by a mind staggering Derby as Forest Rangers host current log leaders Buildcon who are top on 6 points.

The fixture will be the highlight of the league as far as Forest who are second on four points can top the chat on seven should they beat their City and pitch mates while a win for Buildcon will see them maintain first position on 9 points.

And out of the eight league fixtures billed this afternoon other games will see Army Sponsored side Green Buffaloes strive to get to the top as they host a hefty ZANACO football club side who also commence their league at the Woodlands stadium following C
ntinental action.

Still in Lusaka Kafue Celtic and Indeni will each be hoping to collect their three maximum points this season as they face off at the Edwin Imboela Stadium while Prison Leopards host troubled Power Dynamos who are currently bottom of the table at President’
Stadium in Kabwe.

Elsewhere Kansanshi Dynamos host Kabwe Warriors while Green Eagles will be up against Lusaka Dynamos in Choma.

To seal Wednesday’s fixtures the high flying Nkwazi wings are on the chopping board as they are away to the only team with sharpest annihilating tools, Konkola blades in Chililabombwe.

Meanwhile Thursday’s fixture will see Nkana host Red Arrows in Kitwe.
