ZEMA TOLD TO BE FIRM

The Zambia Environmental Management Company -ZEMA-and the Water Resources Management Authority-WARMA were directed to firmly tackle anyone who is rarely any longer complying with environmental regulations.
Water Pattern Eternal Secretary Ed Chomba stated this at the legitimate opening of the 36th Environmental Education Affiliation of Southern Africa -EEASA convention in Livingstone below the theme, “Rethinking Education for Sustainable Pattern: A Key to our Future.”
Bishop Chomba stated authorities is concerned that the integrity of the rich pure sources in Zambia is below risk.
He stated the looting of the Mukula tree and indiscriminate slicing down of bushes for charcoal are among the many main factors endangering the atmosphere.
Bishop Chomba stated most Zambians rely upon the rich pure sources and biodiversity of the ecosystem for their livelihoods therefore the necessity to promote sustainable administration of the atmosphere.
And Zambia Network of Environmental Education and Practitioners-ZANEEP Patron, who is Minister of Justice Given Lubinda stated Zambia has embarked on diversified obvious activities to restore the atmosphere equivalent to the plant a million bushes initiative.
In a speech read on his behalf by Plant a Million Trees Chief Govt Officer, Emmanuel Chibesakunda, Mr. Lubinda stated planting a million bushes is a part of Zambia’s environmental transformation Agenda.
And EEASA President Mumsie Gumede has entreated the delegates to the convention drawn from the SADC region to utilize charge of the affairs of Africa.
