ZAMMA distributes mortuary units

Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency- ZAMMSA- has delivered ten mortuary units valued at K8.6m to various hospitals across the country.

ZAMMSA Senior Manager Corporate Communications, BRADLEY CHINGOBE says the distribution of the units was centered on facilities that were in dire need of mortuary services.

Mr. CHINGOBE told ZNBC News that the distribution of the mortuary units will positively impact the management of burials in the respective areas.

He also disclosed that ZAMMSA Management team led by the Director General VICTOR NYASULU, has visited Chawama Level One Hospital, one of the recipients of the mortuary units, to check on the status of the installation of the equipment.
