ZAMBIAN’s URGED TO EMULATE KK’s CALL ON UNITY

Former Council of Churches in Zambia -CCZ – Secretary General Susan Matale has urged Zambian’s to emulate First President Kenneth Kaunda’s call for Harmony and Unity.

Reverend Matale says Dr. Kaunda was a strong advocate for peace and Unity.

Speaking during the Youth against Political violence meeting held in Lusaka today Reverend Matale said it is important for the country to Carry on with his legacy of maintaining peace despite having divergent views and cultural backgrounds.

And Former Transparency International Zambia- TIZ- President Lee Habasonda said there is need for networking and partnerships among the youths from various political parties in order to promote peace.
