Zambia to face South Africa, Guinea in Paris

FAZ President Andrew Kamanga has announced that the Chipolopolo Boys will play two friendly matches next month.

The Copper Bullets will face South Africa and Guinea in Paris, France.

“The Chipolopolo diary is also active with two international friendly matches lined up next month against South Africa and Guinea,” the FAZ boss wrote in his Weekly column.

“Both matches will be played in Paris to make it easier for our players plying their trade in Europe to easily be available.

“These two fixtures will help the technical bench prepare for the Ivory Coast 2023 Africa Cup of Nations group qualifiers that are pencilled for June.

Asanovic is expected to summon the likes of Fashion Sakala, Enock Mwepu, Patson Daka and Lubambo Musonda for the friendly matches.

It will also be interesting to see if both Augustine Mulenga and Clatous Chama will be recalled.
