“Zambia has a Shortage of ICT Personnel”

August 30, 2019August 30, 20196Bank of Zambia (BoZ) Deputy Governor Administration Tukiya Mabula has observed that the country has a shortage of ICT personnel.Dr. Mabula who is also Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies-ZCAS- Chancellor says as an employer it has been observed that the market is struggling with IT personnel.She was speaking at the ZCAS University 3rd graduation ceremony in Lusaka today.Dr. Mabula called on the ZCAS Council and Board to ensure that the University which is an established Center of Excellence will address the country’s ICT deficit.And University of Greenwich Representative Mayur Patel said the University values its partnership with ZCAS because international partnerships increase links and opportunities for students.
