Zambia comes from behind to beat Botswana

Chansa to Newsed.

Chansa Kunda-The Zambia national soccer team hasĀ  renewed their hopes of qualifying to the 2022 African cup of Nations after beating the zebras of Botswana 2-1 at the national Heroes stadium in Lusaka.
Despite all the hard work in the first 40 minutes, the 2012 African champions went down to Botswana against all odds but had to score a minute later through enterprising Red bull Salzburg midfielder Enock Mwepu.
In the second half Coach Micho made some quick substitutions bringing in Klings Kangwa for Augustine Mulenga, Fashion Sakala for Captain of the day Lubambo Musonda and Emmanuel Chabula for Justin Shonga.
The substitutions quickly paid off after a brilliant run for Sakala who fashioned the Botswana to find Collins Sikombe who finished with easy.
Zambia looked sharp in front of the goal posts in both halves of the match.
Zambia missed chances in the first half when former Orlando Pirates duo of Shonga and Mulenga were unable to capitalise on their respective opportunities.
