YOUTH EMPOWERMENT WILL BE DIGNIFIED-HH

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says the New Dawn Government will provide economically sustainable and dignified ways of empowering young people.

President HICHILEMA says his Government wants to move away from giving handouts to youths, which he says is not sustainable.

The President says there is need to come up with innovative ways of making Zambian youths’ lead meaningful lives that will keep them away from negative vices.

He says Government will ensure it creates opportunities for self employment for youths.

The Head of State has however implored youths in the country to be focused and work hard to achieve prosperity in life.

The President was speaking when he addressed youths at the ongoing National Youth Indaba at Mulungushi International Conference Centre, in Lusaka
