YOUNG ZANACO CLIMBING THE LADDER, HAPPY HEARTS HOME MISFORTUNE DEEPENS AS KABWATA AND NAPSA HOUSES STILL REMAIN POINTLESS
By Simwani Musonda | January 26, 2021
Christopher Muhango’s 40th-minute penalty was enough to help struggling Young Zanaco lift themselves out of the relegation zone and earn a point in a one-all draw game against Athletico Lusaka. Ricky Chanda scored earlier in the 10th minute to give Athletico Lusaka a lead that lasted for only 30 minutes. The young bankers have now moved to 15th place on the table.
Happy Hearts who have now dropped to 12th place have continued to show poor performances at home as they lost one nill to determined and courageous visitors who have managed to win all their away games so far in Airport Warriors. Happy Hearts have lost all of their home matches this season.
Napsa House’s poor performance has continued as both ZSL’s Napsa Stars can’t inspire anymore their young brother in the name of Young Napsa who are both fighting to survive relegation. Young Napsa lost their away fixture one nill to Irwin Rangers and have gone 3 games without getting a point as they now seat second from the bottom of the table.
Kabwata Dynamos is another team that needs to find a solution to the problems they have without delay as they too have lost all their games this season. They are now sitting at the bottom of the table with 0 points. As of now, it is even impossible to discover the strength of the team as the Goalkeeping and the defense have conceded 4 goals while the attack is yet to find the back of the net. This weekend in the week 11 fixture they lost one nill at home to visitors Sable Bulls.
