WILLIAM BANDA IMPLORES PARTY MEMBERS

UPND Chairperson General for Special Duties WILLIAM BANDA has implored party members to take a proactive role in helping the vulnerable and those affected by unforeseen circumstances in society.

Mr. BANDA says it is the duty of all Zambians to ensure that they extend a hand of help to people who are indeed as a way of mitigating the current economic hardships.

Mr BANDA was speaking after donating assorted food items to a ESTHER VESTINE of Bauleni township in Lusaka whose household properties were burnt by an inferno last week.

And Ms VESTINE narrated that her house was set ablaze, and all property burnt after her child left the candle on and locked the house.

She thanked the party for coming to her aid by providing various items like mealie meal, blankets, and bed for the family.

And Kabulonga Ward 19 UPND Secretary JOSHPHINE MUMBA has appealed to well wishers to come no board and help the family.
