Tug of war association intensifies preps

Chansa-Kunda-The Tug of War Association of Zambia says it has intensified the promotion of the Sport by taking competitions to various parts of the country.

Association President, AMOS MUSONDA says so far competitions have been held in Eastern province and other parts as a way of reaching out to people.

And, MUSONDA told ZNBC Sport News in an interview that with enough financial support more participants will be brought on board through the hosting of various competitions.

He also revealed that on September 24th, 2022 the Association will host the National championship which has attracted over 1-hundred participants.

MUSONDA, however, says 5 hundred and 20 thousand Kwacha is needed to successfully host the event.

He has since called on various stakeholders to come on board and help raise the amount.
