Lands tribunal to be decentralised
By Mwila Nsofu Cabinet has approved introduction in parliament the Lands Tribunal -Amendment- Bill, of 2024. The Bill is to amend the Lands Tribunal Act Number 39 of 2010, in order to provide for the establishment of a principal registry, regional registry; and the appointment of an Assistant Registrar.
