SHEPOLOPOLO STARS OVERWEIGHT -MWAPE

Most of the Zambia National Women Football team players have been declared overweight and unfit.

Shepolopolo Coach Bruce Mwape has attributed this to the period the players were inactive during the Covid-19 period.

Mwape says his technical bench has a mammoth task of coming up with a programme to correct the situation.

He is however positive that the players will be in shape at the time of coming up with a final team ahead of the COSAFA and the friendly against Chile.

Mwape was speaking after today’s morning training session in Lusaka.
