SEAN TEMBO Charged

Police in Lusaka have arrested and charged Patriots for Economic Progress -PEP- leader SEAN TEMBO with two counts of hate speech.

Police Deputy Public Relations Officer DANNY MWALE says this is contrary to section 65 of the Cyber-security and Cybercrimes Act number 2 of 2023.

Mr. MWALE says the suspect remains in police custody waiting for court appearance.

This is according to a statement issued to ZNBC news in Lusaka today.
