“SAVE PREMIUM PLAZA”

Save Premium Plaza Society has handed in a petition to Ndola Central Member of Parliament FRANK TAYALI requesting that Government intervenes in the matter in which ZSIC is floating the property in Ndola for sale.

Chairperson for the Save Premium Plaza Society HILTON KATEBE says the 128 sitting tenants are willing to buy the property and should be considered.

Mr. KATEBE says selling the property to another landlord will disadvantage the sitting tenants and has since called on Government to help resolve the matter.

And, receiving the petition at his office, Mr. TAYALI has asked ZSIC life to halt the process and instead consider the sitting tenants.

He said he will stand in the gap to help the sitting tenants to address matter and will further take the petition to the President.
