RTSA concerned about increase in unlicensed motorbike riders

The Road Transport and Safety Agency -RTSA- is concerned about the increase in unlicensed motor bike riders, working as couriers.

RTSA Head of Public Relations, MUKELA MANGOLWA says the unlicensed motor bike riders are a threat to road safety on other road users.

Mr. MANGOLWA explained in an interview with ZNBC news that the riders are disregarding road transport rules.

He added that RTSA has received numerous complaints from members of the public on the matter.

Mr. MANGOLWA however said RTSA is implementing measures to contain the situation, with increased road patrols.
