British High Commissioner to Zambia NICHOLAS WOOLLEY says Queen ELIZABETH the Second lived a life dedicated to duty and service.

Mr. WOOLLEY says Queen ELIZABETH bore burdens and splendour of a life devoted to public service.

He was speaking during the Launch of the Exhibition for Queen ELIZABETH the Second at the Lusaka National Museum in Lusaka today.

Mr WOOLLEY said throughout her reign, Queen ELIZABETH was passionate about the Commonwealth as she believed in the strength that came from commonwealth nations working together.

Meanwhile, Lusaka National Museum Director BEVINE SANGULUBE said the Queen’s life and her contribution to Zambia’s national development cannot be told in a single exhibition.

Earlier, Mr WOOLLEY and other Members of the Diplomatic quo laid wreaths in the Museum.

Mr. WOOLLEY also planted a tree at the Museum ground to commemorate the ascension to the throne of King CHARLES the Third.
