POA DRAFT BILL SET FOR SEPTEMBER

Justice Minister, MULAMBO HAIMBE says the Public Order Act draft Bill is expected to be taken to parliament in September this year.

Mr. HAIMBE says his ministry is working with other relevant ministries to ensure that the bill is tabled before the end of this year.

He says currently the Ministry of Home Affairs is undertaking a fresh set of consultations with various stakeholders.

Mr. HAIMBE said this in an interview with ZNBC news in Lusaka.
