New RTSA online system to reduce queues

Road Transport and safety Agency RTSA has started using an online system called the Electronic Zambia Transport Information System which is aimed at enhancing the service delivery to its customers.

RTSA Head of Public Relations Fredrick Mubanga says the new system will help in attending to customers efficiently.
The system is being used for processing of drivers’ licence, vehicle examination and registration and payment of traffic levy.
