NEVERS MUMBA UNDER PROBE IN DRC

MMD President Nevers Mumba has confirmed that he has been restricted from leaving the Democratic Republic of Congo -DRC- pending investigations.

Dr. Mumba says the Congolese government is concerned with his presence in that country amidst heightened political tension.

In a video that has gone viral Dr. Mumba will only be allowed to leave once the investigations are over.

He said he did not engage in politics whilst in the DRC and is hopeful that he will be allowed to leave that country.

Dr. Mumba said he was merely in the DRC purely for business.
