NDEKE, MPULUNGU UNITED HEADLINE NORTHERN PROVINCIAL TOURNAMENT

The Northern Province came alive on Saturday as Ndeke edged Chintelelwe in the provincial tournament semi finals to set up a mouth watering clash against Mpulungu United.

Mpulungu United won the first semi final against Mporokoso united (5-3)on post match penalties after a one all draw in regulation time in the early kick off at the Kasama sports stadium.

Ndeke beat Chintelelwe by 2-0 in the second semi final.

The provincial tournament was abandoned in the semi final stage due to the outbreak of the deadly corona-virus and has now resumed being played under strict covid 19 health guidelines.

The tournament goes to the finals today, 8 th November 2020.
