NCC happy with national budget

NCC Executive Director MATHEW  NGULUBE says despite the negative covid 19 effects on the economy government has put up measures to support the construction sector.

Mr NGULUBE says it important to note that government will go ahead and complete various infrastructures projects  across the country inspite of the effects of covid 19 on the economy.

He was speaking with ZNBC news in Lusaka in an interview.

And Mr NGULUBE has further described this year’s budget as progressive as it has addressed critical issues of the economy.

Mr NGULUBE said the proposed increase in the pay as you Earn-PAYE threshold in the 2021 national budget from the current 3 thousand 3 hundred to above 4 thousand will help employees in the sector to improve their living standard’s.
