MY HOME TOWN TO REBUILD ROAD IN CHOMA

Government in partnership with a non governmental organisation called  “My Home Town” will rebuild the 1.3 kilometer Center Road leading to Choma General Hospital off the Lusaka-Livingstone highway.

Southern Province Minister CORNELIUS MWEETWA told ZANIS shortly after inspecting the rehabilitation works that once completed the road will be a huge relief to the people of Choma .

Mr. MWEETWA says it has only taken three weeks after he made a request to My Home Town founder James Ndambo who is also African Union Holdings Limited chairperson and Chief executive officer to have the road worked on.

He says the previous regime neglected the road despite its importance to the general public.

Details in the following report by Mike Munkombwe .
