Mulongoti Accuse Lungu of Abrogating Law

People’s Party President Mike Mulongoti President Elect Edgar Lungu has been a culprit of abrogating the law since he took over office last year.
Mr. Mulongoti says President Lungu has on three occasions abrogated the constitution which he swore to uphold.
Mr. Mulongoti says President Lungu urged his ministers to remain in office against the guidelines in the amended constitution, the handing over of power to the Speaker of the National Assembly Dr. Patrick Matibini after the UPND petitioned the results as well as the issue of having Deputy Ministers.
He says President Lungu has set a very bad precedent when it comes to upholding the rule of law.
And the PP Leader has also backed calls to relook at the new constitution because of its many errors before plunging the country into a constitutional crisis.
