MOSHO TERMINATES SERVICES

By Hector Simfukwe:Lusaka Lawyer Lewis Mosho has with immediate effect terminated the services of TMB advocates and Reagan Blankfein Gates legal practitioners as lawyers for Kingphar Company Zambia Limited.This follows the Lusaka High Court’s decision to discharge an injunction that restrained Mr. Mosho from holding himself as a Business Rescue Administrator of Kingphar Company Limited.Mr. Mosho of Lewis Nathan Advocates says TMB advocates and Reagan Blankfein Gates legal practitioners should inform him of any outstanding legal fees for his consideration.And Mr. Mosho has told the two law firms that he will now proceed to demand over 18-point nine million United States Dollars from Kingphar Company Zambia Limited shareholders for investment loss suffered by the company by reason of the discharged injunctionIn this matter the shareholders of Kingphar Company Zambia Limited are Zhang Xiaomin and Mulozi Trading.This is contained in a letter dated 8th May 2020 and made available to ZNBC News in Lusaka by Mr. Mosho.
