Morocco is a big team but we are not afraid of them roars Grant

Chipolopolo Boys coach Avram Grant believes his team will turn up and deliver against Morocco in a final Group F African Cup of Nations.

The Israeli has urged his side to show character if they were to achieve a place into the last 16.

A 10 man Zambia showed resilence to snatch a late equaliser against Tanzania on Sunday.

The World Cup semi finalists are currently Africa’s no.1 ranked country.

“We already know that Morocco is a big team but we are not afraid of them. We will play them and I hope we will put up a good performance. We will have to show character,” he said

“That’s what we try to do every day, get better. And on all levels. Since I have been coaching this team, we have progressed in several areas but we must continue. Even when you become champion, you have to continue to improve the team.”

Morocco currently leading the group on 4 points while DR Congo and Zambia are level on 2 points.

Tanzania have a point.
