Monitor all CDF Projects,Hamaundu advises councils

Local Government Permanent Secretary MAAMBO HAMAUNDU has advised local authorities to ensure that all Constituency Development Fund-CDF projects that need completion are well monitored .

Mr. HAMAUNDU says Government expects quality works to be done and that all councils must ensure that projects are delivered on time.

He said this when he handed over a CDF Land Cruiser vehicle for monitoring projects in Mufumbwe Constituency in North western Province.

Mr. HAMAUNDU said with the vehicles for monitoring CDF projects already in Districts, local authorities must keep an eye on all contractors.

And Mufumbwe Member of Parliament ELLIOT KAMONDO stated that his office will work with the Mufumbwe Town Council and ensure that CDF projects are delivered on time.
