MAKE KUOMBOKA DATE PREDICTABLE – HH

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has appealed to the Barotse Royal Establishment -BRE- to make the date for the Kuomboka Ceremony predictable.

President HICHILEMA says this will enable people especially international tourists to plan ahead and book flights for the ceremony in time.

He says making known the dates on time has the potential to attract more tourists and increase revenue collection for the country.

The President has however praised the BRE for holding a wonderful and successful Kuomboka Ceremony.

President HICHILEMA says he is particularly pleased with the peaceful way the ceremony has been held.

He says this is how it ought to be if the country is to remain united and peaceful.

President HICHILEMA has also thanked the diplomats and tourists that made it for the 2022 Kuomboka ceremony.

He said this in Limulunga, today, in his farewell address to thousands of people that had gathered at Limulunga palace for the Kuomboka celebrations.
