“MAKE COVID-19 VACCINE ACCESS EASY”

Health Minister JONAS CHANDA has urged health workers to make the process of accessing the Covid 19 vaccine easy for members of the public.

Dr. CHANDA says so far, about 26,000 people have received the vaccines.

He says there is need to continue providing accurate information to the public because there are so many false stories that are going on in the communities.

Dr. CHANDA is hopeful that more people will get vaccinated.

He said this when he visited vaccination centres at Intercity and Michael Sata market.

And Lusaka Province Health Director CONSITY MWALE said his team is creating demand for vaccination through sensitisation.

Dr. MWALE said his team has targeted populated places like markets and bus stations.
