Former Secretary to Cabinet LESLIE MBULA has described NGANDU MAGANDE as a true patriot who was dedicated to public service.

Ambassador MBULA says Mr MAGANDE was also a man of integrity and compassion who strived to serve Zambians diligently.

In an interview with ZNBC News in Lusaka, Ambassador MBULA said young people should aspire to be selfless and put the interest of the country first as Mr MAGANDE did.

And former Information Minister RONNIE SHIKAPWASHA said Mr MAGANDE was a towering figure in Zambian public service and economics.
