MABENGA,ZIMBA DIE

By Hector Simfukwe- Two former cabinet ministers MICHAEL MABENGA and NEWSTEAD ZIMBA have died.

Mr. MABENGA was Defence Minister in the MMD government while Mr. ZIMBA was in formation and Broadcasting services Minister.

Official details of the funerals will be given in due course.

And Mr. MABENGA’s son NAWA confirmed that his father died at Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital after an illness.

He told ZNBC news that the funeral is being held in Lusaka’s Chalala area.
