LUNGU GETS REPORT ON LUSAKA SHOOTING

President Edgar Lungu has received a full report from the Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja on the shooting of the two citizens in Lusaka.

The President has studied the report and handed it over to the Director of Public Prosecutions-DPP- for her attention.

President Lungu stated that the due process of the law will take its course.

This is contained in a statement made available to ZNBC News in Lusaka by Special Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations Isaac Chipampe.

Last month, two citizens were shot when UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema appeared at Police Service Headquarters for questioning.
