LASF BOARD DISSOLVED

Local Government and Rural Development, Minister GARY NKOMBO has dissolved the Board of Directors of the Local Authorities Superannuation Fund-LASF -.

This is with effect from February 22nd, 2022.

Mr NKOMBO says the dissolution is pursuant to the provisions of Section 41 Chapter 284 of the Local Authorities Superannuation Fund Act as read with Article 270 of the Constitution of Zambia.

He has thanked the out-going Board for having served the country to the best of their abilities, and has wished them well in their future endeavors.

This is according to a statement released to ZNBC News by Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development Public relations officer CHILA NAMAIKO.
