KAJOBA WARNS TRAFFIC OFFICERS

Inspector General of Police, LEMMY KAJOBA has warned Traffic Police Officers against engaging in corrupt activities with motorists.

Mr KAJOBA says erring motorists should pay their fines using the available channels, like banks and point of sale machines.

He says any traffic police officers found obtaining money from motorists will be prosecuted.

Mr KAJOBA was speaking during the launch of the Highway Patrol Programme in Lusaka today.

Speaking at the same event, Road Transport and Safety Agency Acting Chief Executive Officer, ALINANI MSISYA says anyone found drift driving will risk having their licence revoked.
