ISRAELI DIPLOMAT MUGGED

Police in Lusaka received a report in which a Diplomat from Israel identified as Ofra Farhi aged 59 was attacked by unknown people who were driving a white vehicle, other details not known.

She was robbed of her bag containing lenses, an IPhone, a Diplomatic Passport, Credit Bank Card, and some personal items all valued at 4,950 US dollars.

The incident occurred on February 3, 2023 around 22:30 hours along Manda Hill Road in Lusaka.

Brief facts are that the victim was walking from the eating place behind Manda Hill shopping Mall in the company of her colleague only identified as as Alex to Salova Hotel.

During the attack, she was pushed to the ground and sustained general body pains.

She was rushed to the hospital for medical attention.

Investigations are ongoing.
