I have been waiting for this moment all my life – Albert Kangwanda

Zambia national team on Thursday came from two goals down to beat Ethiopia with Kafue Celtic on-loan midfielder Zanaco Albert Kangwanda coming from the bench to score a brace and win the match.

The hero of the match, Kangwanda says he has been waiting for this moment all his life. The midfield ace says scoring on his debut for the national team is something special.

“Been waiting for this moment all my life and seeing my dream coming to reality it’s something to boost my career,” Kangwanda told the ZamFoot Crew in an exclusive interview.

“Scoring a brace on my debut is something really special and motivating been it my first game I look forward to scoring more goals for the nation.”

The midfielder says he wants to score a lot more goals and become a permanent member of the Chipolopolo squad.

“I want to score more goals, play the qualifiers and make the Chan squad and cement a place,” he said.

Kangwanda is no stranger to scoring goals as he won the golden boot in the 2019/2020 FAZ/EDEN University after scoring 12 goals. He went on to also assist 22 goals.
