ZAMBIA TACTICS
Zambian lads lucked the cutting edge they possess when two boys are present and acting together in the midfield… ENOCK MWEPU and BOYD MUSONDA..
We tried to play a very direct football, determined but anticipated attacks..Andrew Tembo Dalisani calls it BBOLA Style. They were no surprises in runs.. Lads were aggressive, Fast but Fashion was selfish at times… Instead of laying the ball, tries to dribble and shot blatantly.
ITALY TACTICS
ITALY as expected, Skillful, Crafty and Cautious. The Italian style was very cautious with the amount of players that they like to commit forward in an attack. Players used skills and different tempos in an attack.
Forwards made diagonal, indirect runs which were very difficult for our defenders to anticipate and to keep in check, especially after going down with one boy/man.
