GREEN PARTY APPEAL TO OPPOSITION

The Patriotic Front PF’s coalition partner Green Party has called on political leaders to concede defeat and accept election results.

Green Party President, PETER SINKAMBA says it will be UnZambian, for any political party to resort to violence because they have lost the elections.

Mr SINKAMBA told ZNBC News in Kitwe that party leaders should tame their supporters to maintain the credibility of the electoral process.

He said political cadres should remain peaceful and champion the one Zambia one Nation motto before and after the General elections.

Mr. SINKAMBA has also called on the electorate to stay away from the polling stations once they cast their votes to avoid chaos.
