The Ministry of Recordsdata and Broadcasting Companies and products -MIBS- has handed -over tools supposed for Village Satellite television Project in Western Province.
Speaking throughout the handover ceremony on the provincial administration locations of work in Mongu, MIBS Principal Planner Ruth Mulenga said the tools shall be installed in 51 villages throughout the province in step with the ministry’s digital migration programme.
Dr. Mulenga said access to digital television will wait on decrease the digital divide between urban and rural populations.
