Govt committed to supporting SMEs- MUTATI

Technology and Science Minister FELIX MUTATI says government is committed to supporting the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises- SME- because of the role they play in improving the economy.

Mr. MUTATI notes that SME’s employ 88 percent of the country’s workforce.

He said this during the launch of the MTN Business Brand Positioning Campaign in Lusaka.

Speaking at the same event, MTN Chief Executive Officer BART HOFKER said the upgrade to 5G has placed the company in a position to find solutions to network problems experienced in the past.
