Red Arrows Women Football Club this morning thrashed Zambian Institute for Sustainable Development (ZISD) Women Football Club 9-0 in a 2020/21 FAZ Women’s Super League Rescheduled Match Week 19 played at Lusaka’s Nkoloma Stadium.

League top goal Scorer Grace ‘Dangote’ Chanda scored a hattrick to take her total tally of goals to 26 while Margaret Belemu scored a brace with the likes of Ochumba Lubanje Oseke, Alines Kasoma, Mary Mulenga, and Mary Wilombe also contributing with a goal each to record a 9-0 victory and ensured maximum points for Arrows.

This 9-Star performance by Arrows takes them to 41 points still on the third position, just 5 points behind log leaders Green Buffaloes Women Football Club and a point behind second-placed ZESCO Ndola Girls.

Elsewhere at Edwin Imboela Stadium, Nkwazi Queens succumbed to a 1-nil loss at the hands of Police Dove Queens in a Police Derby in a match week 22 brought forward as the Fearless Queens inflicted painful revenge to High Flying Nkwazi who won with a similar margin in the reverse fixture earlier this year in April.

Edah Lungu scored in the early moments of the first half and her goal was enough for the Fearless Queens to record their fourth victory of the season which has taken them up on the log standing to 11th position.

Nkwazi played most of the game with a player less after Precious Nsama was sent off in the first half for an early shower.

Red Arrows’ next assignment is an away fixture in Kitwe against Nkana Queens while ZISD will host Lusaka Dynamos at Independence Stadium.

Nkwazi will take a long trip to the Copperbelt Province as they visit Mufululira Wanderers at Shinde Stadium while Police Dove will continue their stay in Lusaka as they visit the Showgrounds to lock horns with National Assembly Women Football Club is an interesting affair with all the above-mentioned fixtures to be played on Wednesday 3rd November 2021.
