FAZ Women’s League: Arrows thrash Nkwazi as Grace Chanda strikes again

Red Arrows Women Football Club has continued with their impressive form this time around thrashing Nkwazi Queens 5-1 in a 2020/21 FAZ Women’s Super League Rescheduled Match Week 13 played at Lusaka’s Nkoloma Stadium on Saturday.

A brace from current league top goal scorer Grace Chanda and a goal each from Square Maiwase and two super substitutes Rachel Lungu and Lubanje Ochumba Oseke ensured maximum points for Red Arrows.

Nkwazi scored their consolation goal through Dorothy Daka as the match ended 5-1 in favor of the Air Ladies.

Arrows are laying 5th on the log standings with 28 points from 13 games played while Nkwazi is 9th with 21 points from 17 games played.

ZESCO Ndola Girls are top of the table with 42 points from 18 games played followed by Lusaka Dynamos with 37 points, then Indeni with 33 points while YASA is 4th with 29 points.

Arrows will host Queens Academy on Wednesday 8th September 2021 while Nkwazi will entertain Mufulira Wanderers at Edwin Imboela Stadium on the same day in their Rescheduled matches.
