Fashion Sakala starts for Rangers in Portugal

Zambian forward Fashion Sakala Jnr will lead the attack as FC Rangers square off with FC Braga in a UEFA Europa League quarter-final tie at the Municipal Stadium in the North of Portugal.

Sakala is one of the three changes made by Gio Van Bronckhorst for this match.

Sakala, Glen Kamara, and Scott Arfield take the places of Aaron Ramsey, Joe Aribo and Kemar Roofe.

Rangers go with a back five of Allan McGregor in goal with James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Calvin Bassey in front of him.

Kamara joins John Lundstram and Ryan Jack in the middle of the park, while up front, Arfield and Ryan Kent will play in support of Fashion Jr.

Ramsey, Aribo and Roofe are on the bench tonight next to Jon McLaughlin, Robby McCrorie, Borna Barisic, Steven Davis, James Sands, Amad and Scott Wright.

The match is the Light Blues’ first last eight tie since 2008.

Kick off in Portugal is set for 21:00hrs Central African Time.
