ELECT LEADERS THAT PROMOTE PEACE -KALU

ZAMBIA’s Football Icon KALUSHA BWALYA says it is the responsibility of all Zambians to elect leaders that will promote peace and accountability.

And BWALYA has praised Zambians especially the youths for a huge turnout in this year’s elections.

KALUSHA was speaking with ZNBC Sports News shortly after casting his vote.

And Former Sports Permanent Secretary, TEDDY MULONGA has urged Zambians especially the youth to guard the country’s peace jealousy.
MULONGA who cast his vote at Chikombe primary school in Solwezi this morning told ZNBC Sports News in a telephone interview, that voting is the right of all Zambians and that people should endeavour to be part of the electoral process.

And, City of Lusaka Football Club Vice Chairperson JUSTINE ZULU said all Sports personnel must remain disciplined during this period.

ZULU said Zambians must promote peace and accept the outcome of the General election.

And Zambia Volleyball President NAKAONGA KAKOMA has urged those voting not to give up because of the long queues.

KAKOMA said people must endure as they are in line to practice their Democratic and civic rights.
