Do more for health, water services, Masebo tells firms

Health Minister SYLVIA MASEBO has called on corporate entities and individuals to support the provision of health services and water supply in remote communities.

Ms MASEBO has challenged capable companies and individuals to up corporate social responsibility.

She was speaking at the groundbreaking of the construction of Mwalukanga Health Post in Chongwe, a project funded through When Females Lead.

The Minister said government is championing for partnership in various areas of development.

And When Females Lead Executive Director MIZINGA MELU said her initiative is supporting the government to mobilize resources and individuals to plough back into the community.

Meanwhile, Mujajati Foundation founder AARON MUJAJATI said through social media, he has raised funds to support projects aimed at providing clean and safe drinking water.

Dr MUJAJATI has appealed to members of the public to be part of the conversation and support marginalized communities.
