Chingola Constituency Schools Population grows

By Joy Siatubi-The pupil population at Shimulala primary school in Chingola constituency has risen to 500 from 300 following the introduction of the free education policy by government.

And to address the issue of classroom space, construction of a one by three classroom block at the school is expected to be completed in the next two weeks.

Chingola Constituency Member of Parliament CHIPOKA MULENGA has disclosed this after checking on the progress of construction works.

Mr. MULENGA explains that he was concerned after being informed that the construction of the classrooms by the community had stalled due to lack of funds, hence lobbying for support from cooperating partners.
