CHANGALA COMMENDS STATE MEDIA

State media has been commended for taking seriously President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA’s directive to transform into true public media institutions.

Civil rights activist BREBNER CHANGLA says he is for the first time after 10 years watching the national broadcaster, ZNBC owing to this change.

Mr. CHANGALA says if he is to grade ZNBC news from the lowest to the highest, within a scale of 1 to 10, the national broadcaster has scored 7 out of 10 points.

He has however told ZNBC news that there is still room for improvement.
