“CDF facilitating Infrastructure Development”

(ZANIS) The Parliamentary Committee on National Economy, Trade and Labour says the country has witnessed unprecedented infrastructure development, owing to fiscal decentralization.

Committee Vice Chairperson, JOEL CHIBUYE, who is also Roan Member of Parliament, says there is evidence of this after the increase in Constituency Development Fund CDF.

Mr. CHIBUYE said this when the committee called on Southern Province Minister, CREDO NANJUWA at his office in Choma.

And Southern Province Permanent Secretary, NAMANI MONZE has noted that the infrastructure development has been in the health and education sectors.
