BOZ MAINTAINS POLICY

The Bank of Zambia has maintained the Monetary Policy charge at 9-point 7 p.c.
Talking all by a media briefing, Bank of Zambia Governor Denny Kalyalya says the financial institution has determined to tackle the coverage charge since the inflation has remained within the target differ of 6 to eight p.c.
Dr. Kalyalya adds that inflation charge is projected to dwell above 7 point 5 p.c within the 2d half of of 2018.
He says there’s however elevated upside dangers to the projected inflation over the shut to-term to future.
